Managed Care

We keep your exchange running while you sleep

Running a crypto exchange is a full-time operations job: updates, security patches, monitoring, and the 3am outage nobody plans for. Hand it to the team that built Bicrypto and get that time back. One monthly plan, paid in crypto.

Why operators hand this over

What you get back

Managed Care is not an insurance policy you hope never to use. It is a standing operations team, working on your platform every month.

~20 hrs

Operations time returned each month

Updates, patch review, monitoring and the incidents in between — the work that fills evenings, done by us.

Every release

Tracked and read before it lands

We follow the Bicrypto release stream so you never have to decide whether an update is worth the risk.

Same day

Response when your desk is down

On Business, a critical, exchange-down issue carries a same-day response target — answered by someone who knows your setup.

From source

Answers from the people who build it

No support tier reading you the documentation. The team maintaining the platform is the team maintaining yours.

The real comparison

Doing it yourself is not free

Every exchange operator pays for operations. The only question is whether it comes out of your evenings or your budget.

On your own
With Managed Care
A new release ships
You read the notes, decide if it is safe, pick a window, and hope
We read them, plan the work each release needs, and apply it
Something stops responding
You find out when a user tells you, or when volume drops
One message to us and the recovery is ours — services restarted, rebuilt, and the site proven back up.
An addon needs configuring
Hours in documentation working out which settings a feature needs
We configure it and tell you exactly what to send us
It breaks at 3am
It is your night
It is our job
Your volume grows
You discover the limits when you hit them
We see it coming and tell you before it bites

One engineer's evening, once a week, costs more than any tier on this page.

How updates are handled

An update is a plan, not a gamble

Most maintenance runs the same command every time and hopes the release was ordinary. We read what each version actually asks for and carry that out.

01

We read every release

Each version between what you run and what is current is read in the order it will be applied — not just the newest one. A requirement introduced three releases ago still applies to you.

02

The plan comes from the notes

A migration, a new setting, a particular order of operations: whatever that release calls for becomes a named step. Steps derived from your platform's actual position, not a fixed recipe.

03

Applied, then proven

Every plan ends in verification: the platform answers, the version is what it should be, and nothing new is in the log. Done means checked, not attempted.

And when the notes are thin

If a release ships without usable notes, we say so rather than assuming there was nothing to do. Knowing where our information ends is part of doing this properly.

What actually happens

A month under care

Not a promise of vigilance — a schedule of work, carried out and written down.

Every day

Watched continuously

An enrolled box reports in every few seconds, and your dashboard shows when it was last seen. Checks of the services, disk, memory, load, your site's response and its certificate run when we look at the box, and each run is recorded.

As releases land

Read, planned, applied

Every new version is read before it goes anywhere near your platform. What that release actually requires — a migration, a new setting, a particular order — becomes the plan we carry out and verify.

Regularly

Checked before it bites

Capacity, certificates, queue health, configuration drift and version gaps. The problems that give warning are the ones worth catching early, so we look for them on a schedule.

Monthly

Written up plainly

A report in language you can act on: what we updated, what we found, what we fixed, and anything worth your decision. No jargon, no padding.

What's covered

The whole operations job, handled

Everything it takes to keep a live exchange healthy and current — done by the people who wrote the software.

Updates applied for you
We keep Bicrypto core and every addon you own current, applied deliberately and verified afterwards — so your platform gains what each release brings without you scheduling a thing.
Security patches
Operating system and dependency patches applied as new advisories land, so your platform stays current with the security baseline your users expect of an exchange.
24/7 monitoring
An enrolled box reports in every few seconds, so its status and the versions it reports stay current. When we run a check we read the services, disk, memory, load, your site's HTTPS response and its certificate expiry.
WhatsApp and email
Pro and Business add WhatsApp alongside email, so you can reach us directly when something is wrong.
Incident response
When something breaks, we act — recovering services, rebuilding and restoring normal operation — so your desk stays open instead of you learning Linux at 3am.
Health reports
A clear monthly account of what we updated, what we found and fixed, and how your platform is holding up as your volume grows.
Read before we touch it
We read the release notes for every version before applying it, and carry out the migrations and settings each one calls for — so an update does what that release actually needs, not what usually works.
Priority support
A direct line to the team that actually builds Bicrypto — the people who can answer from the source, not a reseller reading the same documentation you have.

How we work

The way we operate on your platform

Standing rules we hold ourselves to on every platform we look after.

Your platform stays yours

It runs on your server, under your control, with your data where it has always been. Managed Care is work performed on your platform, not custody of it.

Every change is on the record

Each action we take is logged with what was done, when and why. You can read the full history of our work at any time — nothing happens to your platform that you cannot see.

Nothing risky without a way back

Before anything substantial changes, a restore point is taken on your own server. If a change does not go as planned, going back is a step, not a rescue operation.

Access on your terms

Connection details are encrypted at rest and used only to carry out the maintenance you are paying for. Rotate or revoke them whenever you like — from your dashboard, without asking us.

How it works

Live in three steps

01

Choose a tier

Pick the plan that fits the size of your operation and pay in crypto or from your store wallet. Month-to-month, change or cancel anytime.

02

Connect your platform

Link a server you bought from us and the details are already there, or connect your own in a few minutes. Access is encrypted and revocable from your dashboard whenever you like.

03

We take over operations

Updates, patches, monitoring and incident response run from then on, with a written record of every change. You get the reports and your evenings back.
