Overview

A small release. With "scope to installed products" on, the agent now keeps the Instant Convert documentation when that add-on is installed — without a mapping for it, its own documentation was filtered out of the answers. And a ticket close that fails to resolve its support session now leaves a line in the production log.

No new dependency: requires Core v6.7.3, as before.

• Fixed the agent filtering the Instant Convert documentation out of its answers on an install that has that add-on and "scope to installed products" turned on.
• Fixed a failed close notification leaving no trace in production: it was logged at a level production does not print. It is now logged as "Close notify failed" under AI_SUPPORT.
