Algo Trading Bots v6.1.0
Release Date: October 1, 2026 Tags: GRID, LIMITS, LAYOUT
Overview
A grid gives the same ladder on every server. A geometric grid's levels were computed with the server's built-in power function, which differs slightly between hosts, so a Windows-hosted and a Linux-hosted install could place different rungs on very high-priced markets. Levels now come from one fixed routine. The grid's published maximum of 100 levels is also enforced when a bot is saved.
Requires Core v6.8.2 only for the guide page's pinned panel, which follows a header measurement Core 6.8.2 defines; the grid changes need nothing new.
Update Instructions
pnpm updatorNo schema change, no seeder, no .env change.
Changed
Grid levels
- Changed how a geometric grid computes its levels, so the same settings give the same ladder on every server. Windows hosts, Linux hosts with older processors and Node 22 could place some rungs differently on markets priced above roughly 45 million per unit. On those hosts a geometric grid on such a market can place some rungs at slightly different prices after it next starts; orders already resting keep their prices. Arithmetic grids are unaffected.
- Changed saving a grid bot to enforce the maximum of 100 levels the form already showed; an API call could store any number. Creating or editing a grid bot above the limit is refused with "Grid count cannot exceed 100". A bot already stored above 100 levels is not changed or stopped, but it starts more slowly and cannot have its strategy edited until its count is 100 or less.
Fixed
The guide page's pinned panel
- Fixed the pinned side panel on the guide page slipping under the taller "Stacked" header; it now follows the header's actual height.
