A licensing release. The swap's licence check now requires the licence to be valid on the server it runs on, not merely present, as every licence check does from Core 6.8.2. An install whose licence was activated on this server has nothing to do.

No new dependency.

• Changed the swap's licence check from "the licence file exists" to "the licence is valid on this server". After moving an install to a new server, activate this add-on's licence again from /admin/system/license; until then the swap is refused.
